Fleet Operations Analyst

The Fleet Operations Analyst is responsible for curating, analyzing, and interpreting data related to the company's fleet to identify trends, cost inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. This role provides insights, and recommendations to optimize fleet total cost of ownership, asset performance, & expense forecasts through detailed reporting and data visualization.

Requirements

• Gather data from various sources to develop performance and operational metrics providing periodic reporting on performance metrics and leading performance indicators at various levels of the organization
• Analyze performance and operational data to identify trends, predict future needs, and optimize fleet total cost of ownership
• Develop benchmark performance measures to gauge business performance relative to enterprise peers and overall industry standards
• Validate inventory and operational data within and across multiple fleet systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity is maintained, identifying automation opportunities for synchronization and collaborating with IT to execute on those opportunities
• Provide reports, files, charts, or other data as needed to support projects, initiatives, rate cases or other general inquiries
• Work collaboratively with Operational Performance & Planning and other functions to efficiently disseminate fleet related information for an enhance stakeholder experience
