America's Auto Auction Toledo is looking for a dynamic Transportation Admin to join our growing team! The role provides administrative and coordination support to the Transportation department.

Requirements

• Supports transportation scheduling and coordination
• Maintains transportation documentation
• Coordinates internally with Auction Operations, Sales, and Customer Service
• Communicates with dealers, customers, and internal stakeholders
• Tracks transportation activity in systems and spreadsheets
• Supports compliance and recordkeeping requirements
• Assists with processing transportation-related invoices
• Prepares regular reporting for leadership
