Requirements

• Active New York Life & Health Insurance License
• AHIP certification
• 2+ years of experience in Medicare sales, health insurance, or a related advisory role
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills
• Ability to explain complex Medicare concepts in a simple, clear manner
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and compliance requirements
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and managing multiple client relationships
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
