Job Description
The Infusion Patient Care Coordinator I will serve as the first point of contact with patients and physicians, reviewing scheduling deliveries for Home Infusion Medication and Nursing Services, and providing clear education to patients and their families regarding home infusion therapy.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Google Suite or related software
