Job Description
AmeriPharma is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intake Triager to support our growing pharmacy team. This position plays a key role in the initial processing of patient referrals and supports communication between patients, prescribers, and the pharmacy.
Requirements
- Prior healthcare or pharmacy experience
- Comfortable reviewing clinical documentation
- Strong multitasker
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
