Operations Manager

We’re a diversified financial services leader seeking an Operations Manager to support strategic execution for internal Program and Field Implementation (PFI) initiatives, driving clarity, alignment, and disciplined delivery across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field
• 4-6+ years of relevant experience
• Experience supporting executive-level communications and developing presentation materials
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and support cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong project management, organizational, and execution skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear messaging
• Ability to collaborate across teams and influence without direct authority
