We're a diversified financial services leader seeking an innovative leader to join our team as the Vice President, Global Head of HR Systems. This critical role will be responsible for contributing to and operationalizing our enterprise HR technology roadmap in partnership with senior leadership, leveraging our investment in Workday, and other technology solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field, or equivalent years of work experience
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including experience leading teams, designing, and implementing HR technology
- Strong technical experience with integrations, security models, and prior experience deploying and configuring Workday
- Proven experience in contributing to and executing HR technology strategies at a global level with primary focus on Workday
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, including performance management, compensation, talent development, and recruitment
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to drive change and innovation in HR technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and people skills
- Experience managing product teams and capacity planning
- Proven skills in the areas of thought leadership, delivering results, developing people, self-leadership, and ability to apply a growth mindset
- Display leadership principles in the areas of organizational stewardship, operating effectiveness, and leadership excellence
