Job description
We are seeking a full-time Construction Superintendent for Alaska projects. The successful candidate will have experience working on projects in remote locations and be a technically proficient Federal Market Construction professional. They will be part of a project team managing the execution of work performed by subcontractors and our team members.
The primary responsibility of this position is to coordinate, plan, and supervise subcontractors and/or craft activities ensuring adherence to plans and specifications. This includes providing daily on-site supervision, monitoring contractor production, and enforcing site safety.
This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and lead labor trades, vendors, and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of construction experience, with 5+ years on projects $3M or greater, and experience working on Federal construction projects.
