Project Engineer

What You Will Do

Estimating, project control, scheduling, quantity tracking. Build relationships with owners, design partners, subcontractors, and workforce. Monitor quality control, safety, and environmental programs.

Why It Might Be a Fit

3+ years of estimating or project management experience in heavy industrial construction. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent work experience. Strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in computer software applications, and knowledge of Primavera.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of estimating or project management experience in the heavy industrial construction industry
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent work experience
• Be able to work in a team environment and be self-motivated
• Must have a positive attitude and possess excellent motivations skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to interface with owner representatives, engineering firms, subcontractors, other team members and senior management
• Proficiency in use of computer software applications including, MS Office, HCSS or similar estimating programs, Agtek or similar earthwork programs, Bluebeam, Microsoft Word and Excel
• Knowledgeable in Primavera
• Strong communication skills both written and oral
• Good attention to detail with the ability to recognize
• Time Management, multitasking, and prioritization
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
