The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth of AMETEK Surface Vision products by managing distributor relationships and executing strategic commercial plans across the assigned region.
Requirements
- Develop, maintain, and manage strategic relationships with regional distributors
- Devise and execute broad and distribution-specific commercial plans
- Work with internal cross-functional teams to develop and implement successful sales programs
- Direct management of all sales opportunities within region of responsibility
- Support launch of new products, and train partners on new and existing product portfolio
- Ensure prompt and accurate follow-up on all incoming distribution enquiries, leads, and RFQs
- Drive sales forecast accuracy and funnel growth
- Use solution selling methodologies to sell the value of AMETEK Surface Vision products to distributors and then customers
- Develop and implement the company’s plan to manage pricing, margins and costs
- Collate and provide accurate, on-time reporting to senior management
