Job Description
Amethod Public Schools is seeking an experienced Educational Leader to fill the role of ELD Coordinator. The ELD Coordinator will be responsible for disseminating curriculum options, providing professional development to teachers, and serving as a key resource to staff. The role supports English Learners and Long Term English Learners, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a Newcomers program.
- Provide targeted coaching to teachers, including modeling lessons.
- Support TK-12 English Language Development and oversee the ELD Program.
- Develop programs to address the needs of Long Term English Learners (LTELs).
- Manage and oversee the administration of ELPAC.
- Conduct program oversight and compliance paperwork.
