Manufacturing Manager

Role Overview

As a Manufacturing Manager, you will lead a team of expert manufacturing associates and technicians within Drug Product operations, ensuring a safe and compliant production environment. You will collaborate with multiple functions within the Thousand Oaks site, developing a deep understanding of manufacturing operations and planning activities.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include staff selection, training, and oversight, scheduling adherence, participating in Lean culture and continuous improvement programs, and ensuring standard operating procedures are accurate.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree
• Master's degree and 3 years of drug product manufacturing or operations experience
• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of drug product manufacturing or operations experience
• Associate's degree and 10 years of drug product manufacturing or operations experience
• High school diploma / GED and 12 years of drug product manufacturing or operations experience
• Experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation of resources
