Senior Associate, Manufacturing

We are seeking a Senior Associate, Manufacturing, to lead the shift team in our sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a GMP/regulated environment, strong GMP and quality system knowledge, and excellent troubleshooting skills. The role involves leading a team, maintaining a strong culture of safety, and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in operations of a manufacturing function in a sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing or similar environment
• Significant experience in a GMP/other regulated environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of GMP principles
• Aseptic experience
• Drug product manufacturing experience
• Experience working with equipment utilized in the manufacture of parenteral products
• Ability to deliver to team, site and personal objectives
• Understanding of quality system requirements and regulations
• Excellent computer skills - knowledge of Electronic Batch Records, Quality Management Systems and Performance management Systems
