Senior Manager, R&D Learning Enablement

The Senior Manager, R&D Learning Enablement is responsible for leading the AIN Learning Delivery team to execute onboarding, learning operations, content management, and reporting in alignment with global learning plans.

Requirements

• 12 years of experience directly managing people and/or leading teams, projects, or programs, preferably in learning and development, training, or a related field
• Experience in regulated learning environments
• Familiarity with AI-enabled learning operations or digital learning tools
• Learning operations expertise
• Data-driven decision-making; experience managing KPIs and dashboards
• People leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Knowledge of project management and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong communication, governance, and stakeholder alignment skills
