Sr Associate Data Management

The Sr Associate, Commercial Data Management role will drive the Data Operations of the platform for a Therapeutic Area (multiple brands) and be responsible for execution of enhancements on the Data Platform for those brands.

Requirements

• Execution of Data-Enabling Features in Product Teams
• Partner with domain specific Product Teams in execution and deployment of features for a Therapeutic Area aligned with standard operating procedures
• Serve as Data Platform liaison for a Therapeutic Area or a set of brands for stakeholders across the US Commercial Organization
• Ensure adherence to established Governance principles of the Data Platform in all stages of the SDLC
• Manage the Big Data platform infrastructure (Built on AWS tech / Airflow for Data storage and orchestration and Databricks for processing)
• Partner in evaluation and implementation of tools and technologies to support the future state of the platform
• Identify and highlight roadblocks, process gaps, and resourcing needs to the Leadership team
• Manage Work Transition and Insourcing
• Facilitate Cross-Team and Organizational Engagement and Alignment
