2 years ED experience, NY license, DEA, and Board Certification

Board certified or eligible physician with experience in outpatient family medicine
Emergency Medicine
Board Certified, Board Eligible, DEA, New Hampshire State License
Locum Physician- Emergency Medicine- MD
Board Certified/Eligible, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, MD State License
Locum - Physician - OB/GYN
Active FL Medical license, ATLS certification, Board Certified, DEA certification, and PALS certification
Hospital
Must have IM/PED experience and be FM BC or IM/PED BC. ACLS and BLS certification required
Hematology and Oncology
Board certification and ACLS/BLS certification required. 4 years of experience in Hematology and Oncology
Family Nurse Practitioner
Board certification, BLS, and Colorado state license are required
Emergency Medicine
ABEM/AOBEM Board Certificate or Board eligibility letter, clean file/background with no malpractice, and procedure logs from the last 2 years
