Financial Analyst (Crypto) - Cracow, Poland

We are seeking a detail-oriented Crypto Analyst to join our Financial Crime Compliance team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, investigating, and reporting suspicious activities related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and cryptocurrency transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-3 years of experience in Crypto (AML, financial crime, or compliance experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of AML regulations and cryptocurrency risk frameworks
• Familiarity with KYC, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
