Job Description
The Lab Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and supervising all testing departments within a clinical laboratory. This role involves ensuring compliance with laboratory regulations, maintaining equipment and software, and directly supervising laboratory personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of laboratory operations and a commitment to quality assurance.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in a natural sciences field with 6 years high complexity testing experience or Master's with 2 years high complexity.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience using LIMS.
- Knowledge of biology, toxicology, and chemistry.
- Knowledge of laboratory facilities, methods, and equipment.
- Ability to perform toxicological tests, molecular testing, and clinical blood testing.
- Knowledge of public health laboratory laws and regulations.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work independently.
