Software Engineer, Infra

Amperos Health is seeking a Software Engineer, Infra to lead the infrastructure team and set up infrastructure to support growth. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience working on/leading infrastructure teams and is able to identify high ROI engineering infra issues and lead engineering discussions effectively.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working on/leading infrastructure teams at top companies
• Able to identify highest ROI engineering infra issues from day one and build a roadmap to improve our engineering infrastructure
• Able to lead engineering discussions effectively and articulate the impact of infra initiatives
• Willing to wear different hats and do whatever is necessary
• High agency
• Great communicator both verbally and written
• Excited to build in an industry that is underserved by technology and immerse themselves in the world of healthcare billing and revenue cycle management
