
Job description
The Supply Chain Planning Engineer is responsible for designing, optimizing, and governing integrated supply and production planning systems across three North American manufacturing sites. This role combines advanced production planning, capacity modeling, ERP/MRP system ownership, and data analytics to ensure alignment between customer demand, manufacturing capability, and inventory strategy.
Design and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) framework, translate sales forecasts into optimized production plans, balance demand and supply across multiple manufacturing sites, and lead planning alignment efforts with procurement, operations, engineering, and commercial teams.
This role requires a strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems, advanced Excel proficiency, and experience with data modeling, scenario simulation, and supply-demand balancing frameworks.
