We are seeking a Regional Performance Manager who is ready to Amp Up their career at Amplifon. The role involves leading and coordinating Retail Excellence (REX) performance initiatives across the Americas Region.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in analytical, commercial, or performance-driven roles within a corporate environment
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to connect data-driven insights to operational and strategic implications
