AV Field Project Manager

We are partnering with a well-established technology integration firm based in Jefferson City, MO, that has been a staple in the industry for over 25 years. This team is currently in an exciting phase of "redefining who they are," moving beyond just delivering cool products to building a robust internal culture focused on excellence and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Serious Technical Chops: Significant experience in residential/commercial AV integration with a passion for quality
• Programming Proficiency: Must be proficient in Control4; however, we are also seeking high-level expertise in a second platform such as Savant, Crestron, or RTI
• Lutron Proficiency: Ability to handle Lutron lighting and shading programming efficiently
• Leadership Innate: Proven ability to lead and organize teams through influence and communication, rather than ego or "drill sergeant" tactics
• Detail Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on documentation and follow-through
