Job Description
Lead AV Technician sought to execute high-end residential AV system installations, troubleshoot complex system issues, and contribute to SOP development. Ideal candidate is confident, passionate, and self-motivated with strong organizational habits and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential AV integration
- Deep working knowledge of Control4 (must), Savant (nice to have), and general control system architectures
- Strong understanding of system design, audio/video signal flow, and rack layout best practices
- Comfort with network setup and configuration; Ruckus/Araknis/Ubiquiti experience is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret AV design schematics and blueprints
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills—able to think critically and solve problems independently
- Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
- Must be self-motivated, reliable, and able to perform under pressure
- Comfortable working in large custom homes and luxury residential environments
