Lead AV Technician

We are seeking a Lead AV Technician who can confidently take ownership of residential integration projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on field role for someone who enjoys both the technical and physical aspects of installation—not someone looking to transition into a desk-only role.

Requirements

• Experience as a lead technician in residential AV or smart home integration
• Strong understanding of at least one major control or automation platform
• Ability to manage projects independently in the field
• Experience reading plans, troubleshooting systems, and completing projects start-to-finish
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable performing physical installation work including crawl spaces, ladders, and job-site environments
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
