Job description
The Production Supervisor is responsible for supporting daily production & manufacturing operations, ensuring quality, and managing the hourly production team. They will work with the facility leadership team on continuous improvement activities.
Partner with the facility leadership team to build a strong safety culture, adapt and promote lean manufacturing principles, and support company goals. Assign work responsibilities, build team member capability, and maintain safety standards.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in UKG Workforce Development and Microsoft Office is also required.
