- Ensure profitable and sustainable elevator network business growth, efficient capital use, and investment returns
- Lead the elevator network management team, ensure efficient departmental business coordination and result pursuit
- Analyze market trends, competitive environment, and propose solutions to increase the company's competitiveness in the grain purchase market
- Monitor business planning, budgeting, and financial result analysis, initiate optimization projects
- Be responsible for elevator technical, business, and quality control: process standardization, modernization, technological renewal
- Ensure cooperation with farmers, suppliers, processing companies, and partners
- Represent the company in negotiations, professional associations
- Initiate investment projects, new object development or modernization
- Ensure the company's compliance with laws, safety, and environmental requirements
- Form the organization culture, based on responsibility, collaboration, and result pursuit
