Digital Services Program Manager

Role Overview

Amyx is seeking a Digital Services Program Manager to join our DOD client in the National Capitol Region. The DS PM shall lead the creation and implementation of the Government’s digital, web, and social strategies across multiple platforms and channels.

What You Will Do

Provide day-to-day oversight of all digital services task performance, lead the creation and implementation of digital strategies, and develop and implement digital campaigns.

Must have the ability to communicate accurate information, possess a minimum of a favorably adjudicated Single Scope Backgroung Investigation (SSBI), and have a minimum of three years of experience with social media content development, curation, and ad campaign management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree related to O&E, Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of three years of experience with social media content development, curation, and ad campaign management
• Minimum of three years of experience developing, monitoring, reporting, and analyzing web analytics, social media insights, and campaign ads
• Minimum of three years of experience in developing and implementing digital campaigns including budgets and metrics
• Minimum of three years of experience with creating and testing digital content for Section 508 and WCAG compliance
• Minimum of three years of experience with keyword placement and SEO, email marketing best practices and web development (HTML, CSS), marketing automation, a/b testing, website usability, and conversion optimization principles
• Minimum of three years of experience working with industry-standard tools and products such as Google Analytics, Yoast, SEMrush, Conductor, SEO Profiler, Moz, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, etc.
• Minimum of three years of experience with canonicalization, client, and server-side redirects, pagination, and XML sitemaps
• Possess a minimum of a favorably adjudicated Single Scope Backgroung Investigation (SSBI) at proposal submission
