The role of a Reliability Engineer is to support the timely execution of reliability stress test plans for new product releases, product revisions, manufacturing changes, and reliability monitoring. The Reliability Engineer also assists in the root cause analysis of qualification failures and drives appropriate corrective and preventive actions using structured problem-solving methods.
Requirements
- Graduate of BSEE, ECE, Materials, Physics or related field
- With 0-2 years semiconductor industry experience in test, packaging, wafer fabrication, design or device physics
- Familiarity with industry standards, MIL-STD-883, JESD-47, JESD-94, J-STD-020, AEC-Q100, etc.
- Familiarity with six sigma methodologies and 8D
- Technical knowledge on Board schematics, circuits, measurements, power supplies, oscilloscopes, function generators and meters
- Proficient in English
- Possess continuous improvement mindset
