Engineer, Quality Engineering

Analog Devices is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to provide quality engineering support to semiconductor and automotive manufacturing operations. The role focuses on defect prevention, problem resolution, process change control, and compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field)
• 3-5 years' work experience related to Process, Test and Quality Engineering and Quality Management Systems Engineering
• Experience in semiconductor or automotive manufacturing quality
• Strong understanding of manufacturing process control, defect reduction, and root cause analysis
• Hands-on experience with 8D, CAPA, and continuous improvement methodologies
