PCB Layout Design Engineer (Power System)

We are looking for an experienced and innovative power system layout design engineer to design high density power modules products using state of the art technology.

Requirements

• BSEE with 10+ years of power products layout design
• Strong fundamental knowledge in layout principles and standards, BGA/LGA System in Package construction, evaluation board reliability and failure mechanism.
• Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso and CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, Labview)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet schedule.
• Strong analytical skills and extremely detail oriented.
• Strong communication skills
• Team player.
