Senior Engineer, Process Development Engineering

We are seeking a Senior Engineer, Process Development Engineering to own new product development projects from concept to production, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, or a related field
• At least 3 years semiconductor working experience related to assembly process, new product development, particularly with substrate/PCB materials
• Knowledge of substrate/ PCB materials, properties, and manufacturing process
• Effective communication and project management skills
• Analytical, excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
