Principal Platform Adoption Specialist

Anaplan is seeking a Principal Platform Adoption Specialist to drive customer success through platform adoption, user enablement, and reduction of churn. This role will involve collaborating with customers, internal teams, and leveraging data analytics to optimize platform capabilities and future growth opportunities. It's an opportunity to scale the Business Success team and focus on customer maximization through the platform.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or professional services.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on Anaplan model-building experience.
• Strong understanding of complex planning functions.
• Deep knowledge of Customer Success Manager roles.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong background in delivering and facilitating knowledge transfer.
