Job Description
Anaqua is seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Support Engineer to join their global Support organization. The successful candidate will provide excellent technical solutions to clients in a timely manner, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and work closely with clients from around the globe.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical support and/or client management role
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related fields
- Excellent debugging skills
- Solid NET, C#, WCF, REST API's, Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services
- Hands-on experience with API debugging tools
- Ability to work as part of a global team
