Product Support Engineer - Integration AQX

Anaqua is seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Support Engineer to join their global Support organization. The successful candidate will provide excellent technical solutions to clients in a timely manner, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and work closely with clients from around the globe.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical support and/or client management role
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related fields
• Excellent debugging skills
• Solid NET, C#, WCF, REST API's, Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services
• Hands-on experience with API debugging tools
• Ability to work as part of a global team
• Flexibility in the organization of your work, allowing you to adapt to change
