Solutions Architect - North America

We are seeking a Solution Architect (SA) who is the definitive owner of the technical "source of truth" and the primary guardian of System Integrity. As a specialized "heavyweight" in our technical solutions team, your focus is not just on Shopify as a standalone platform, but on the entire enterprise ecosystem.

Requirements

• Ecosystem Orchestration: Deep fluency in the "Enterprise Ecosystem," including ERPs (SAP, NetSuite), OMS, PIM (Inriver), and middleware technologies (Mulesoft, Workato).
• Multi-System Integrity: Proven ability to design architectures where the E-commerce platform communicates seamlessly with complex legacy systems.
• Enterprise Vision: Ability to act as an "Executive Consultant" for high-GMV merchants, focusing on international expansion risks and technical ROI.
• Collaborative Leadership: Proven ability to mentor SAs and BAs, providing "air cover" on high-stakes projects to ensure successful delivery.
• Strategic Validation: Expertise in validating "Sales Visions" to ensure they are strategically sound and commercially viable before implementation begins.
• Solutioning Agility: Ability to transition smoothly from supporting Sales feasibility to leading high-level structural design in Discovery and Architecture.
• 8-10+ years of experience in technical architecture, systems engineering, or digital transformation, with a proven track record of delivering complex enterprise E-commerce solutions
