Journeyman Maintenance-Electro Mechanic

Must be a Journeyman Maintenance card holder, AAS Degree in a field of Electronics, or 5 years Tradesman Training. Responsible for electrical fabrication, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical circuits from 5 volts to 4160 volts. Installation, maintenance and repair of electronics, PLC’s, and machine controls Plant wide.

Requirements

• Journeyman Maintenance card holder
• AAS Degree in a field of Electronics
• 5 years Tradesman Training
• Math and Mechanical Comprehension Testing
• Electrical fabrication, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical circuits
• Installation, maintenance and repair of electronics, PLC’s, and machine controls
• Repair and maintenance of Plant mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
• Use of welding and cutting equipment
• Knowledge of various Shop Equipment
• Works with oils and lubricants
• Able to lift 50+ pounds unassisted
• Able to climb ladders
• Able to wear a Respirator and all required PPE for Batch House
• Able to work at heights over 150 feet
• Able to use cutting torch and stick weld
• Able to work in extreme heat during Furnace hot repair
