We are looking for a Software Development Squad Lead to lead high-performing teams in delivering business-critical digital, eCommerce, and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript based solutions, application architecture, and CI/CD, as well as a strong track record of mentoring and leading teams.

Requirements

• Software engineering experience across a wide range of technologies
• Proven experience mentoring and sharing regular feedback
• Experience collaborating with operations teams
• Comfortable being hands-on with development teams
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, deployments, and scalable architecture
• Experience Line Managing and being a Tech Leader for teams of 5+ people
