Director of Growth Marketing responsible for owning Andela's demand generation engine, building sales-marketing alignment, and driving pipeline and revenue growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years in growth/demand gen/performance marketing in B2B (SaaS or tech services)
- Hands-on success in at least one core acquisition channel (SEM, LinkedIn, or outbound email)
- Built shared reporting frameworks and worked closely with Sales/SDRs to improve lead quality
- Comfortable turning ICPs, personas, and use-case narratives into segmented, resonant campaigns
- Competent with attribution and funnel diagnostics
- Proven SEO/CRO ownership, including A/B testing and personalization platforms like Mutiny or equivalent
- Experience managing small, senior-leaning teams and agencies; excellent prioritization and operating cadence in lean environments
