Event Manager

The Event Manager position is responsible for the overall project management of all AWM and Charis Bible College events, including performances, home, internal, away, and hosted events. This role involves leading large interdepartmental stakeholder meetings, communicating with stakeholders and vendors, and ensuring the successful planning and execution of events.

Requirements

• Hold regular major stakeholder project meetings to ensure timely completion of tasks and identification of new issues
• Communicate with major stakeholders, workgroups, and vendors as necessary
• Maintain comprehensive oversight of the event project plan
