Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Excellence, or a related field
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in industrial engineering or similar position
• Demonstrated ability to scale production in a resource-constrained environment
• Excellent project management skills and experience leading cross-functional projects
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
