Lead Industrial Engineer

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Lead Industrial Engineer to join its rapidly growing team in Costa Mesa, California. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading an industrial engineering team, driving production operations, and developing and deploying industrial engineering best practices. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Excellence, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in industrial engineering or a similar position.
• Demonstrated ability to scale production in a resource-constrained environment.
• Excellent project management skills and experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
