Lead Maintenance Engineer (Electrical)

Anduril Industries is seeking a highly skilled Lead Maintenance Engineer with an electrical focus to support and lead maintenance operations within a high-performance manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong industrial experience and working knowledge of HVAC systems, as well as the ability to lead a team and troubleshoot electrical systems.

Requirements

• Certified Electrician (Journeyman or Master Electrician preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
• Strong hands-on experience with 3-phase electrical systems, motor controls, and PLC basics
• Proven ability to lead or mentor others in a maintenance environment
• Strong understanding of electrical safety and LOTO procedures
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documents
