Legal Counsel, Connected Warfare

Anduril Industries is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its rapidly growing team in Washington, DC or Costa Mesa, CA. The Legal Counsel will provide legal support for Anduril's Connected Warfare Division, which encompasses software and hardware solutions for connecting robots, humans, and sensors via advanced mesh network solutions. The role will involve providing legal oversight to proposals, advising on data rights and contract structures, and giving legal guidance to existing business areas.

Requirements

• 4+ years of work on US Government contracts matters
• Solid understanding of the government procurement process
• Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex matters
