Manager - Test Automation Engineering

Anduril Industries is seeking a Manager - Test Automation Engineering to lead the electrical test engineering department, manage a team, and design and deliver test systems for electronic products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering turnkey test solutions, a background in hardware, software, integration, and sustainment, and a strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals.

Requirements

• Manage a team of Electrical Test Automation Engineers
• Collaborate with engineering leadership across multiple teams
• Define, own, and execute End of Line test plans for a set of new products and features
• Design, management, and execution of PCBA and electrical system components
• Develop and execute strategic plans for testing capabilities
• Manage budgets and forecast future testing needs
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Serve as the technical expert and point of contact for test system issues
• Support board bring-up and early design bench validation
