Anduril Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support its Composites branch in North Carolina. The role involves developing process flows, writing manufacturing documentation, and working across multiple functions to achieve a successful manufacturing approach.
Requirements
- Develop process flows and break down large, complex assemblies into a logical part flow of subassemblies and sub-processes
- Write manufacturing documentation, such as work instructions, MBOMs, quality plans, inspection requirements, non-conformances
- Work as a conduit between engineering technical data packages and technicians to ensure products are manufactured as designed/analyzed
- Solve manufacturing problems in a schedule-driven environment under the constraints of detailed specifications and requirements
- Drive work cell design and optimization to ensure quality and efficiency targets are maintained and managed
