Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Senior Electrical Test Engineer specializing in EMI/EMC to join their team in Santa Ana, CA. The role involves leading EMI/EMC test design initiatives for cutting-edge products and working with cross-functional teams to integrate EMI/EMC considerations into product design.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in designing hardware products for EMI/EMC compliance
- Knowledge of EMI/EMC Test Equipment such as spectrum analyzers, antennas, LISN, NF Probe, GTEM & Anechoic Chamber etc.
- Full understanding of PCB Layout techniques to meet mechanical, electrical, EMI/EMC, and manufacturing requirements
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and apply best practices appropriate for each design
- Familiarity with standard interfaces such as MIPI, DP, I2C, SPI, PCIe, USB, etc.
- Familiarity with common MCU, CPU, SOC devices and technologies
- Knowledge of modern analog and digital electronics and electronic circuits
- Comfortable with a variety of electronic CAD tools (Altium preferred)
- Experience in design for signal integrity / power integrity
- Ability to determine work priorities based on broad direction from management
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with others
- Ability to work within our company and team culture
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
