Job Description
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company focused on transforming U.S. military capabilities with advanced technology. The Arsenal Launch Team (ALT) is seeking a Manufacturing Review Board (MRB) Engineer to support production efficiency and product integrity within the Columbus, Ohio facility. This is a 6-month internship with the option to complete full-time employment upon availability to return to Columbus.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or engineering roles
- Familiarity with MRB processes and nonconformance management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS)
- Experience with root cause analysis techniques and quality improvement methodologies
- U.S. Person status required
