Job description
The Customer Service Officer will provide proactive support to customers and third-party introducers, processing novated managed accounts and resolving queries and issues. The role requires a strong knowledge base of the Enterprise system and excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, or Finance and experience in a startup environment or within Financial Services (Auto Finance).
