Senior Manager - AI Enablement

The Senior Manager - AI Enablement will lead the adoption of AI to improve customer experiences, uplift people, and drive business outcomes. They will establish an enterprise AI enablement program, run the AI Centre of Excellence and AI Community of Practice, and partner with leaders to prioritise and deliver high-value use cases.

Requirements

• Relevant degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Commerce, or similar, and/or equivalent practical experience.
• Certifications or training in cloud/AI platforms and/or product, agile, or change management - desirable.
• Experience delivering AI solutions into production and leading enterprise enablement and adoption programs.
• Ability to build AI business cases and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments and ability to partner effectively with Engineering, Security, and Risk teams.
