Job description
We're seeking an experienced Tech Lead to lead a technical team of 20+ engineers and testers, mentoring other engineers, guiding technical decision-making, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within a cloud-first, agile environment.
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex back-end systems using.NET MVC and C#, oversee deployment, configuration, and management of applications on Azure Cloud, and provide technical guidance to engineering teams.
You will help lead a technical team, mentor other engineers, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. You should have a passion for technology, a strong drive to continuously learn and innovate, and exceptional communication skills.
