We are recruiting for a Customer Care Co-ordinator to join our team on a permanent basis! As part of the Customer Experience team, you’ll assist in the delivery of a business critical service to ensure that customers expectations are exceeded.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service including direct customer contact and query resolution experience, and manager call-backs
- Able to produce statistics and business reports for internal and external use
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Able to demonstrate the ability to remain calm, tolerate and professional
- Able to show excellent problem analysis and problem solving skills
