We are recruiting for 2 Data Interrogation Team Members on a permanent and temporary basis. As a Data Interrogation Team Member, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day investigation of accounts within our void and debt recovery processes, ensuring accurate data is held, to aid the process of collecting revenue from the correct people.
Requirements
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to/work effectively in a variety of situations, individuals, and be open to change
- Able to work with and support others within own team, as well as other teams and departments
- Adopt a 'can-do' attitude
- Ability to plan and manage own time effectively
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbally, with a good telephone manner
- Strong analytical skills and accuracy
- Good IT skills, particularly excel, with knowledge of SAP and Tallyman preferable
